I met Leo Portugal in 2011 when he came to my apartment in El Cerrito to give me a quote about a possible upgrade. It turned out that apartment was pretty hopeless when it came to electricity, hence the move out to Oakley. A couple of years later he asked me to build him a website and write the copy for it, and we got to see some of the homes and businesses he’d worked on.
We made very few changes to the Executive Pro child theme for Genesis.
